Highlights: We shipped the new onboarding flow, which reduced time-to-first-value from 6 days to under 2 days. Enterprise pipeline grew to 8 qualified opportunities, up from 3 last month.
Challenges: Churn ticked up slightly to 3.1% (from 2.4%), concentrated among customers on our legacy pricing tier. We are investigating root causes and expect to share findings next month.
